Sheppy's Craft Ciders
For over 200 years the skill and craftsmanship of classic Somerset cider-making has been passed down through six generations of the Sheppy family. Today, David Sheppy, the incumbent Master of Cider, applies his unrivalled knowledge and expertise from a lifetime of cider making to turn our home-grown apples into some of the finest and award winning ciders.
200 Special Edition Cider
Sheppy’s 200 Special Edition Cider (5.0% ABV) celebrates the Sheppy family's 200 years and six generations of cider making. It is a fine bodied, medium sweet, lightly sparkling cider made from a blend of the very finest traditional cider apples personally selected by David Sheppy.
Vintage Reserve Cider
Our award winning Vintage Reserve Cider is made with the season's finest Somerset apples aged in traditional oak vats under the ever watchful eye of David Sheppy. It is an exceptional medium, light sparkling cider with a full bodied taste and mature flavour.
Dabinett Apple Cider
Sheppy’s Dabinett Apple Cider (6.5% ABV) is made with a premium and distinctive apple chosen by David Sheppy for its ability to produce a wonderfully smooth, medium and slightly sparkling cider that captures the rural beauty of Somerset.
Cider with Raspberry
Sheppy's Cider with Raspberry is a delicious combination of David Sheppy's traditional blended Somerset cider and pure raspberry juice to create a characterful, fruity and refreshing medium sweet cider.
The design of Sheppy’s House of Cider and Fine Foods celebrates the family's 200 year history of cider-making, whilst providing a contemporary venue for visitors.
