Delivery
Under normal circumstances, deliveries are made to mainland UK addresses
only, and will be made within seven days. In the event of any problem with
your order, you will be contacted immediately.
Returns Policy
Returns Customers must contact us
before returning any goods. Goods should be checked on delivery
and rejected if damaged. Goods
may be signed as "unchecked". This does not affect your statutory
rights.
Post and packing
Goods are despatched by carrier. Charges as shown. (£10.99 up to 20kg to
one address on same day. An additional £8.79 applies to the next and
subsequent 20kg weights) Surcharges apply to certain postcodes.
Governing Law and Contract Formation
No contract will subsist between you and Sheppys Cider for the sale
by it to you of any product unless and until Sheppys Cider accepts
your order by e-mail or telephone confirming that it has dispatched
your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed
for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the
time Sheppys Cider sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive
that e-mail), or communicates with you by telephone. Further, any such
contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects
in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Sheppys Cider irrevocably
