A decadent triple cream cheese made in the Burgundy region of France. Rich and full flavoured with a smooth, velvety, melt in the mouth texture. It has a mushroomy smell that contrasts nicely with the buttery and tangy notes of the cheese. The pasteurized triple creme (75% butterfat) marries full-fat cow milk with fresh cream, producing an unapologetically rich, whipped delight. Similar to Brie in appearance, but this is where the similarities end, this sumptuous cheese delivers an extra triple cream punch to the palate.

Take this triple cream cheese out of the fridge at least 30-60 minutes before serving and pair with a Pale Ale, to offset the richness. The Fine Cheese Co Pickled Pears and good old-fashioned Grapes!
