Pitchfork cheddar has a dense, creamy texture with a succulent and lactic bite. Nicknamed the "Aston Martin of Cheddar" by Jamie Oliver, Pitchfork is distinguished by its full-bodied flavour. Named after the real Pitchforks that used to mix salt into the curds.
