Dorset Spice

From 2017 Richard worked together with Dawn to create these beautiful rubs and salts for Sheppy's House of Cider. Richard will be here in the House of Cider sampling his goodies on the 13th of August 11.30am - 2.30pm, all welcome to come along meet Richard and he will give you some ideas for cooking with his products.

Lewis the butcher will be cooking up some of his BBQ favourites using some of Richard's marinades, with you can sample and also buy to take home.

Richards words "We blend spices for the kind of foods we like to cook - for sharing-meals like tray-bakes, roasties for roast dinners, BBQ rubs for Summer parties, spicy salts for best-ever fries. And we love seasonings from around the world so we've made our own versions - for when we want an easy evening meal that's full of flavour."
