Story Time with Father Christmas and Mrs Claus

Step into the magic of Christmas and join us for a festive Story Time with Father Christmas in our beautiful Old Barn.

To make the experience as enjoyable as possible, we will be running three separate sessions, each tailored to a different age group. This allows Father Christmas and Mrs Claus to share stories that are most engaging and appropriate for the children attending.

We know families come in all shapes and sizes, so siblings are more than welcome to attend together. Please note that if children are in different age groups, the story may be better suited to one child's age than the other's — but everyone is welcome to enjoy the festive fun together.

After the story, there will be an opportunity for each family to take a photo with Father Christmas, creating a special Christmas memory to treasure. While you child is waiting they can enjoy a handmade gingerbread man. (For the safeguarding and privacy of all children attending, we ask for no photography or videos until the private shoot a the end.)

As a special gift, every child will take home a copy of the book that Father Christmas has read during their session, so they can enjoy the story again and again at home.

Our Old Barn is suitable for visitors of all abilities, making this a magical experience for everyone.

Why not make a day of it? While you're here, enjoy a peaceful walk through our orchards, complete our Winter Kids' Orchard Trail, and say hello to our friendly farm animals.

We can't wait to welcome you for a magical Christmas story, festive cheer, and a memorable visit with Father Christmas.

For this event all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Thank you for your understanding.

Tickets and Pricing:

Ticket prices are £15.50 per child.
Ticket includes story with Father Christmas and age appropriate book as a gift as well as an activity trail sheet (worth £3.00)

Saturday 5th December:

10am under 5's

12pm mixed age for siblings 

2pm over 5's

Please read the following carefully before booking your tickets:

  • All children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Due to our age-appropriate book, we will require the age of the children attending at the time of booking.
  • Please arrive just before your slot, if you arrive too early you will be asked to remain outside. 
  • When you book online, you will receive a confirmation email. When you check in, you must be ready to show the QR code as either a print out, or screenshot of your confirmation email. If you don’t receive one you within 24 hours you must email events@sheppyscider.com to ensure that your booking is confirmed.
  • Sheppy's House of Cider reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the event without prior notice.
  • Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of Cancellation by Sheppy's House of Cider to which you will be notified.
