CIDER WITH BLACKBERRY AND ELDERFLOWER
Sheppy’s Cider with Blackberry and Elderflower is produced on our farm in Somerset and is a delicious combination of dessert apple cider with blackberry juice and elderflower infusion.
This artful combination captures the essence of Somerset’s sunny hedgerows. It is a crimson-red cider scented with aromatic elderflower and with the slight fruity sharpness natural to hedgerow blackberries.
This cider should be served slightly chilled, but do not over chill. Ideal as an accompaniment to Summer dishes, picnics or barbeques, but equally delicious on its own.
