Following the Government's most recent announcement, we have had to delay the starting date for our 2021 Tour Season. We will now be running our tour season from 22nd May 2021 to 27th November 2021.
If you purchased tickets for one of our 2020 tours which was cancelled, please email us on events@sheppyscider.com, with your original ticket details and your preferred 2021 tour date and we will reissue tickets to you with the correct dates as soon as possible.
If you have vouchers for a Tour and Meal, please email us on events@sheppyscider.com, with your voucher codes and name for us to look at getting you booked in. If your voucher was purchased through an external company (for example, Virgin Experience) you must re-book your experience within your new expiry date as this is out of our control. Vouchers can be extended via Virgin Experience directly.
All future tours must be booked with the understanding that your tour is subject to change or cancellation in the event that any further Government announcements prevent us from being able to run our tours as planned.
