Sheppy’s Craft Perry is made from 5 distinct Perry pear varieties, including Blakeney Red, Hendre Huffcap and Red Pear. Aged for at least 6 months, it has a light, bright, refreshing taste, with a rich pear aroma, and compliments savoury dishes such as pasta, chicken and fish dishes, or is equally enjoyable as a refreshing drink on its own. Medium.
