Fun at the Cider Farm. Whether you’re just passing through on your holiday or looking to spend a relaxing afternoon on the farm — we’ve got something for everyone.
Explore the orchards on our Story Trail! Let the kids run wild finding the woodland animals and learn about the woodland animals holiday adventures in a orchard Trail. Along the way, enjoy the sights and sounds of nature designed to delight children aged 3 - 8.
Walking around our orchards sometimes can get very muddy we recommend wearing wellingtons or walking boots. A clipboard or something to write on is also a good idea. (you are given a pencil)
Dogs are now welcome in our orchards (until the 17th of August) and so is our café area in the House of Cider. Dogs must be kept on leads in all areas of the farm.
For this event all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Thank you for your understanding.

Kids Picnic Box includes: Mini pork sausage rolls or cheese and onion rolls, apple or banana, fruit bar, carton of juice, mini chocolate brownie (apologises we are un able to cater for all dietary requirements) we do sell vegan and gluten free items in the farm shop and café which you can purchase on the day.

Have you captured a wonderful wildlife moment on the farm?
We're looking for your best photos of birds, butterflies, bees, bugs, and any other wildlife you've spotted during your visit. Whether it's a colourful butterfly resting on a flower, a busy bee at work, or a bird perched in the trees, we'd love to see your photographs!
To enter, simply send us your wildlife photos taken on the farm, open to everyone. We'll share some of our favourites and there may even be a prize for the winning image!

🦋 Join us for the Big Butterfly Count! 🦋
As part of our partnership with the Bumblebee Trust and A Bug's Life, we're excited to be taking part in the Big Butterfly Count 16th July – 9th Ac vm679ugust, inspired by the work of Sir David Attenborough.
This fun, family-friendly activity has been linked with our Holiday Children's Trail in the orchards, giving young explorers the chance to discover the wonderful butterflies, bees, and other wildlife that call our orchards home.
Keep your eyes peeled, count the butterflies you spot, and help contribute to an important nationwide survey of these beautiful insects. You can collect your free sheet from our Farmshop.
