This month, we’re delighted to shine our Local Spotlight on Bumblee’s Preserves, a Somerset-based artisan producer with a passion for flavour and tradition. Founded on the belief that the best food comes from what’s grown and foraged close to home, Bumblee’s has been creating small-batch jams, chutneys, and marmalades for years, using the finest seasonal fruits from local growers and Somerset’s wild hedgerows.

Their Wild Blackberry & Apple Jam is a taste of Somerset in a jar – rich, tangy blackberries balanced with sweet orchard apples, slow-cooked to preserve the full depth of flavour. It’s late summer sunshine on toast.
