Crafted using time-honoured methods in copper pots over an open flame, using the finest local quality ingredients. It’s not rushed — it’s stirred, poured, and carefully worked by hand, just as it has been for generations. The fudge has a rich flavour made from luxurious clotted cream and a rich caramel that melts in the mouth.
