Lovely Jane greeted us as we entered, and discovered we are fellow northerners! She spent time with us, talking through the range of ciders and then she did a cheese and cider tasting for us, pairing different ciders with local cheeses. We had a lovely, enjoyable, relaxing time. I had an idea of what I wanted to buy when we went in, and Jane helped me refine my choices to end up with things I'm really pleased with. She didn't pressure us or make us feel obliged in any way. It felt like tasting things with a knowledgeable friend
