EXPERIENCE GIFT VOUCHERS
Congratulations on receiving a Sheppy's experience gift voucher!
We’re delighted to help you make the most of your gift. Redeeming your voucher is simple, and we’re here to ensure you enjoy the special experience your giver had in mind for you.
Please read the terms and conditions below and follow the instructions to book your visit. Additional experience-related information is provided on the back of your Gift Certificate.
1. Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. The expiry date is stated on the pouch which accompanies your voucher card (or, for older vouchers, on the presentation card itself). Your voucher can not be used after the expiry date.
2. Vouchers cannot be refunded, replaced or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.
3. All experiences must be booked in advance using the contacts shown on the voucher:

4. Vouchers must be presented at the time the experience is claimed.
5. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons or cards.
6. Experience vouchers are valid for the specified activity stated on the voucher, but, by advance arrangement only, they may be used to purchase any goods from the House of Cider to the same value.
7. Product descriptions and photography are representative and may not precisely represent the experience provided, because of issues beyond our control, but any essential changes will always be equal in value and quality to those replaced.
8. If for any reason beyond our control, such as fire, illness or disaster, it is not possible to provide your experience as planned, we reserve the right to re-schedule by arrangement with you.
INFORMATION FOR SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE VOUCHERS
TAKE AWAY PICNIC FOR TWO
1. You are welcome to bring a well-behaved dog. It must be kept on a lead at all times and you must tidy up after it using the bins which are provided on site.
2. Orchard access for dogs is limited to the blue walking route from 1st December until 15th August only. The orchards are closed to dogs in the lead up to and during our apple harvest.
3. House of Cider access for dogs is limited to the shop and café only.
4. Please do not leave any litter behind you.
5. Your experience will be enjoyed on a working farm, so be aware of large working vehicles.
6. Please enjoy your picnic and leave no trace of your visit to our beautiful farm.
PLOUGHMAN’S LUNCH AND GUIDED TOUR FOR TWO
1. Your guided tour will include time spent outdoors. If the weather is extremely inclement it may not be possible to include an orchard visit in the tour.
2. You should dress appropriately for the weather, including suitable footwear for uneven and possibly muddy farm tracks.
3. Your guide will do his/her best to look after the needs of the whole group, so please make us aware if you have any limitations you would like us to consider.
4. Alcohol tasting is only for those over 18 years. If you look young you may be asked to produce valid ID before being allowed to taste.
AFTERNOON TEA FOR TWO
1. Afternoon teas are available from 3 pm.
2. Your tea visit needs to be booked with the restaurant with at least 48 hours’ notice.
3. We can cater for some allergies if we are made aware that you or your guest needs this. Please make sure to discuss this when you book.
4. Please let us know if you have any access limitations.
